Receta Mexican Fiesta Biscuit Bake

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 13 x buttermilk biscuits refrigerated
- 16 ounce Salsa Thick & Chunky
- 12 ounce Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1/2 c. Green bell pepper minced
- 1/2 c. green onion sliced
- 2 1/4 ounce black olives sliced/liquid removed

- OPTIONAL1 c. Salsa
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat margarine in oven in 13" X 9" glass baking dish or possibly non-aluminum pan. Tilt to proportionately coat dish. Separate the biscuits; the cut each biscuit into 8 pcs. Place biscuit pcs in large bowl, toss with salsa. Spoon proportionately into margarine coated dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese, bell pepper, onions and ripe olives. (If a Doody gathering, sprinkle the olives on only half.)
- Bake at 375 deg. for 35 to 45 min or possibly till edges are deep golden and center is set. Let stand 15 minutes, Cut into squares; serve with 1 c. salsa if you like.
