Receta Mexican Whopper Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. cornmeal baking mix
- 1 c. instant refried beans
- 5 ounce. soft tofu
- 3/4 c. nonfat lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon oil
Direcciones
- Combine cornmeal and bean mixes. Beat tofu with lowfat milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients till just blended. Heat waffle iron. Spread batter on to iron and cook till lightly browned. Keep hot as you cook remaining batter. Top with Mexican toppings such as salsa, shredded lettuce, cheese, etc.
