- 3/4 lb flounder fillet
- 3 Tbsp. fresh dill minced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice salt and pepper
- 1 x lemon cut into wedges
Direcciones
- Arrange the fillets in a microwave dish in a single layer, if possible.
- Sprinkle with dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave on High for about 4 to 5 min, depending on the size and thickness of the fish. Serve at once with the lemon wedges.
