Receta Microwave Lemon Sauce
Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. water at room temp.
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash salt

- In a deep 1 qt, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole combine sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in water. Heat uncovered on full power 3 to 4 min or possibly till sauce has thickened and is smooth. Stir occasionally.
- Add in butter, lemon juice and salt. Serve hot or possibly cool. Great over cake or possibly ice cream. Makes 1 c..
