Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 3 c. warm water
- 2 c. (10 ounce.) diced process American cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine macaroni and water in 9 inch microproof baking dish. Double- wrap tightly with plastic wrap and cook on HIGH for 9 to 10 min or possibly till noodles are cooked but still hard.
- Pour off remaining water. Stir in cheese, butter, lowfat milk, salt, pepper. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 min, stirring once. 4 servings.
