Receta Microwave Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. minced green onion
- 2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- Dash salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Remove stems from mushrooms and set caps aside. Finely chop stems. In small bowl, combine minced stems, butter and green onion and microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 min till stems are tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except caps. Spoon filling into caps. Place on a plate and microwave on high for 2-3 min till warm (turn plate once).
- WALNUT-STUFFED MUSHROOMS: Same recipe only add in 1/3 c. minced walnuts and dash of thyme.
- CHEESE-STUFFED MUSHROOMS: Same recipe except substitute 2 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese for the lowfat sour cream.
- Serves 6-8. Total cooking time, 4 1/2 min.
