Receta Lisas' Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 12 lrg Stuffing mushrooms
- 1 pkt Cream cheese, softened 8 ounce.
- 3 x Green onions, with tops
- 2 x Links sweet or possibly warm Italian Sausage, cooked& crumbled
- 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, for saute/fry
Direcciones
- Don't clean mushrooms with water, it makes them watery, and they are grown in sterile soil so a speck of dirt will not hurt, use a mushroom brush or possibly a damp paper towel.Clean and destem mushrooms and saute/fry in about 1 Tablespoons butter until slightly cooked. Remove and set on cookie sheet underneath side up to stuff. In a food processor or possibly blender, chop the green onions, then add in and pulse the cooked sausage until crumbled fairly small. Add in softened cream cheese and parmesan cheese and blend til thoroughly mixed. Use a tsp. or possibly piping bag to mound filling onto mushroom caps. Bake at 350 for about 10 min. Then set oven to broil and brown tops lightly. Serve warm.
