Receta Microwave Stuffed Peppers

Ingredientes
- 4 peppers, tops removed & seeded
- 1 pound lean hamburg
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
Direcciones
- Arrange peppers in a 13"x9" microwave proof Pyrex dish. Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce, in a separate bowl and mix together well. Divide this mix among peppers. Pour tomato sauce over. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on High heat in microwave for 20 to 22 min till peppers are tender and meat no longer red. Let stand 10 min.
