Receta Microwave Vegetarian Spinach Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 1 to 2 c. cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 med. tomato, minced if you like
Direcciones
- Unwrap spinach and place in 8 inch square microwave safe baking dish. Add in onion and butter. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave (high) 5 to 6 min or possibly till spinach is thawed. Add in bread cubes, cheese, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, Large eggs, and seasoning; mix well. Cover.
- Microwave (medium to high 70%) 4 1/2 to 5 min or possibly till edges begin to set, rotating dish once. Stir to move cooked portion to the center, cover and Microwave (medium to high 70%) 6 to 8 min or possibly till center is about set. Sprinkle tomato over top. Let stand covered 5 min before cutting into squares for serving.
