Receta Mike's Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 med. bananas, minced
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. + 1 teaspoon reduced butter
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2/3 c. non fat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 4 mini loaf pans with nonstick spray.
- In medium bowl, mix half the minced banana, Large eggs and butter with lowfat milk till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients except remaining bananas. Mix well till well blended. Stir in remaining minced bananas. Divide mix proportionately among the flour pans. Bake for 15-20 min or possibly toothpick comes out clean.
- Makes 4 servings. 1/2 protein, 1 bread, 1/2 fat, 1 fruit, 1/2 lowfat milk.
