Receta Mild Guacamole Dip
Ingredientes
- 1 avocado, mashed or possibly pureed
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 medium sized lemon, squeezed
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 1 3/4 to 2 cups. To add in a little color and make it a little milder, peel 2 tomatoes, pulse in blender and add in to other ingredients and refrigerate.
