  1. Heat 8 bars & 1 stick of butter in double boiler till smooth.Set aside.Cream sugar & 1 stick butter;add in Large eggs,1 at a time,beating till smooth.Add in flour,buttermilk,and soda.Add in milky way mix,2 teas. vanilla ,and minced nuts.Bake in a greased & floured bundt or possibly angel food cake pan for 40 minutes. to 1 hour at 325 %. ICING:Heat remaining candy bars & remaining butter till smooth.Add in small amount of vanilla & powdered sugar till desired spreading consistensy is reached.Spread over cold cake.NOTE:cake must be well cooled before you attempt to put icing on!!!!
