Receta Minced Chicken & Cabbage Soup
Lovely, nice, good and delicious, either on it's own or help yourself to a plate of rice.
Ingredientes
- 100g minced chicken (keep aside 1 tbsp for frying)
- 2 stalks spring onion (sliced thinly)
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 4 pips garlic (chopped)
- 150g/1/4 cabbage (shredded)
- 1 tsp chicken granules (optional)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 litre water
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Into minced chicken, add 3/4 of the sliced spring onions, cornflour, black pepper powder, light soy sauce ginger and salt.
- Mix all together and keep aside.
- When oil is heated, fry garlic and 1 tbsp of the minced chicken for about 2 to 3 mins.
- Add water, chicken granules and season with salt.
- Simmer to heat through.
- Drop small portions of the prepared minced chicken inside and
- cook until they float up.
- Off heat, add cabbage, spring onion and stir.
