Receta Mindy's Malted Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. chocolate covered malt balls
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. malted lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 inch square baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl cream butter and sugar. Add in egg, malted lowfat milk pwdr, lowfat milk and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Add in flour and baking pwdr; beat till well blended.
- In food processor process malt balls till coarsely minced, about 10 seconds. Mix in malted balls to batter. Spread into pan. Bake 20-25 min. Cold.
