Receta Mini Pizza Pies
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 packet yeast
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- I jar Ragu Old World Style Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 bunch fresh flat leaf Italian parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
Direcciones
- Combine the water and yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir on low and add flour, salt and olive oil.
- Mix on medium until the dough pulls away from the bowl; adding more flour if needed.
- Roll into a ball, drizzle a little olive oil to the bowl and roll the dough around to get it greasy.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a mini muffin pan with baking spray.
- Spread about a tablespoon full of dough (you may need to use a little less) in each place of your muffin pan. You want it pretty thin, but going up the sides.
- Add about a tablespoon of sauce, then a generous sprinkle of cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the crust is beginning to brown.
- Top with olives and parsley.
