  • 225 gm selfraising flour
  • 25 gm butter
  • 1 pch salt
  • 300 ml lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Either 1 tbsp minced mixed herbs or possibly 1 tbsp minced sundried tomatoes
  2. Sieve flour and salt.
  3. Rub in the butter.
  4. Divide in two and stir in either herbs or possibly sundried tomatoes.
  5. Stir in 150ml lowfat milk using a knife to make a soft but not sticky dough.
  6. Use extra lowfat milk if needed.
  7. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured work surface treat lightly.
  8. Press down with the palm of your hand till the dough is the thickness of your hand.
  9. Stamp out with the cutter.
  10. Place on a baking tray.
  11. Put the shelf on the third set of runners from the top of the roasting oven slide in the baking tray.
  12. Bake for 10 min till risen dry and hard to the touch.
  13. Allow to cold before splitting and spreading with filling.
  14. Make these on cocktail sticks and serve on a platter with a bowl of dipping sauce. You can also marinade strips of chicken and serve alongside the beef.
