Receta Mint Onion Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x Onion, finely minced
- 1 lrg Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/3 c. Honey
- 1/3 c. White wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Finely minced fresh mint or possibly 2 tbsp. dry
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- In blender or possibly food processor fitted with steel blade, combine all ingredients except oil. Add in oil in slow steady stream through lid or possibly feed tube.
- Alternatively, beat all ingredients except oil in medium bowl, then whisk in oil. Stir well and strain.
- Makes 1 2/3cups.
