  • Garbanzo Beans
  • Navy or Black beans
  • Roasted Red peppers
  • Half Onion chopped
  • Half tomato chopped
  • handful of chopped mint
  • salt & black pepper as your taste
  • Half lemon Juice
  • Variation - add pineapple chunks or boiled potatoes, cucumber or beets.

  2. Just mix can of each: Garbanzo Beans, Black or navy beans, roasted red peppers. Add half chopped onion, half chopped tomato, and handful of chopped mint leaves. Add some salt & black pepper and lemon juice and done. u can add one can of pineapple too if u like sweet and sour. or for variations you can add cucumber, beets, boiled potatoes.
