Receta Mixed Nut Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 (12 ounce.) can mixed nuts
- 6 ounce. butterscotch chips (1 c.)
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Mix flour, salt, butter and brown sugar together. Press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove pan from oven. Spread top with mixed nuts.
- Over low heat, heat 2 Tbsp. butter, butterscotch chips and corn syrup. Spread mix over nuts. Return pan to oven for 10 min. Cold and cut into squares. These cut very easily. You may also use 2 c. cashews instead of the mixed nuts.
