  • Three slices of bacon, 2 large cloves of garlic, 1medium onion, 1/2 red and 1/2 orange sweet pepper, 1/4lb. Butter, 1/2 of a 15oz. can of Italian diced tomatoes, fresh parsley, 1 bag (12oz.) frozen Precooked medium shrimp, and your favorite pasta.

Direcciones

  1. Thaw shrimp and remove tails. Rinse and set aside to drain. Cook bacon to crispy, and set aside on paper towel to absorb excess grease. In large sauté pan melt butter. Add minced garlic, minced onion and diced peppers. Sauté until peppers and onions are almost done. Add parsley, tomatoes and crush the cooled bacon into bits and also add it. Stir to mix well and sauté a few minutes until bacon flavor permeates the mixture. Add shrimp and toss until they are coated. serve over your favorite pasta. Excellent taste! Enjoy!
