Ingredientes
- About 2 dozen large peeled and deveined shrimp
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- Red crushed pepper
Direcciones
- Place shrimp and garlic on aluminum foil; dot with butter. Sprinkle with red crushed pepper (spicy warm makes this a great dish). Seal foil wrapping tightly. Cook 3-5 min one side; turn and cook 3-5 min on other side. Serve warm over your favorite rice or possibly pasta. This can be cooked on either a warm bar-b-que or possibly in your broiler.
