Receta Moath Stir Fry ( Matki Usal )

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 300 gm moath soaked overnight and left to sprout for 8 hrs
- 4 x green chillies slit lengthways so the seeds an exposed but the chilli is not broken in 2
- 1 tsp turmeric pawder
- 1 tsp coriander pwdr
- 1 tsp cumin pwdr
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves minced
- 4 Tbsp. coconut grated if fresh or possibly desiccated
- Â Â salt
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add in the sprouted moath chillies pwdr spices salt and sugar and stir well.
- Add in a little water and cook on a low heat till soft but not mushy.
- Stir over a high heat to dry up any remaining water.
- Take off the heat and serve sprinkled with coriander leaves and coconut.
- A nutritious vegetarian dish which can be served as a salad.
- Serves 4
