Receta Mock Cool Whip

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar
- 4 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Sugar (opt)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla (opt)

- 1. Put the skim lowfat milk in a small metal bowl, set in freezer, and let stand just til ice crystals begin to create (about 15 min).
- 2. Remove from the freezer and add in the dry lowfat milk pwdr and cream of tartar.
- With hand electric mixer, whip the mix at high til foamy.
- 3. Beat in 1 teaspoon lemon juice and continue beating til the mix begins to thicken. Beat in another tsp of lemon juice and if you like, the sugar, and continue beating til the mix peaks softly. Add in the remaining 2 tsp lemon juice and continue whipping to stiff peaks. Mix in vanilla (if you like), and serve immediately as a dessert topping or possibly however you use Cold Whip.
