Receta Cornish Hens With Burgundy Glaze

Ingredientes
- 6 x Cornish hens
- 1/2 c. Burgundy or possibly dry red wine
- 1/2 c. Currant jelly
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice ds Each salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Cook glaze ingredients in saucepan till mix thickens & bubbles. Use as a glaze & also use the remainder as a sauce at the table. Roast hens in 400 oven loosely covered for 30 min; remove cover & continue roasting for 60 min more. Baste frequently with glaze.
