- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 8 ounce low fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. onion or possibly scallions, chopped

- Shred crabmeat. Combine all ingredients and chill, covered. Serve with whole wheat crackers and/or possibly raw vegetable sticks.
