Receta Moist Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. mashed pumpkin
- 2/3 c. water
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 2/3 c. minced pecans
- 2/3 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Cream shortening. Gradually add in sugar, beating well. Add in Large eggs, mix well. Stir in pumpkin and water. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt and spices. Add in to creamed mix, mixing well. Mix in nuts and raisins. Spoon into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans (9x5x3). Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 min.
