Receta Moist Turkey Or Chicken Dressing

Ingredientes
- 4 c. cornbread crumbs, lightly packed
- 2 c. bread crumbs, lightly packed
- 1 teaspoon grnd sage
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of celery soup
- Chick or possibly turkey broth, sufficient to make it moist
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Heat butter. Cook onion and celery till tender. Mix with crumbs and cornbread; add in spices. Pour soups over all and mix ingredients well. Pour sufficient turkey or possibly chicken broth over mix till desired moistness is reached. Spread in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. For a small family divide and freeze half for later use. This makes some of the best dressing ever.
