Receta Molded Cucumber Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) lime gelatin dessert
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 c. mayonnaise (or possibly salad dressing)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. cucumber, liquid removed, grnd
- 1/4 c. finely minced green onions
Direcciones
- Add in gelatin to warm water, stirring till thoroughly dissolved. Add in mayonnaise, cream cheese, horseradish, salt and lemon juice. Beat with egg beater (or possibly portable mixer) till smooth. Refrigeratein refrigerator till partially set. Blend in cucumber and onion. Pour into 3 c. mold and refrigeratetill hard. Try recipe, using individual ring molds and fill center with tuna fish or possibly shrimp salad. Garnish with hard cooked egg wedges and lettuce. Can also double the recipe and use a 6 c. ring mold. Larger recipe serves 6 to 8 persons.
