Receta Molded Garden Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. cooked, mixed vegetables
- 1 sm. sweet pickle, minced
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely minced green pepper
- Salad greens & salad dressing
Direcciones
- Dissolve salt and gelatin in boiling water. Add in vinegar and cold. Blend in lowfat sour cream. Mix in vegetables and pickle. Pour in mold and refrigeratetill hard. Unmold on crisp salad greens. Garnish with any desired salad dressing.
