Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs--3 for richer cakes.
- 1Â 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted 1 Bag pancake & waffle mix)))

- In mixing bowl, beat Large eggs with a whisk till they are well mixed, then whisk in the lowfat milk and melted butter.
- Add in the mix and stir the batter with a fork or possibly the whisk just till the dry ingreds. are moistened-it will be a little lumpy.
- Bake pancakes on warm griddle, greased or possibly not according to manufacturer's instructions. If using elec. griddle or possibly skillet use 400 F. setting. Use 1/4 scant c. per cake. Turn when bubbles for all over top and edges look dry.
- Continue baking till no more steam rises. Serve at once.
