Receta Molded Jello Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 boxes lg. Jello mix, any flavor
- 1 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatin
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. fruit
- 2 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Mix 1 large Jello with 1 c. warm water; pour into 9 x 13 pan; refrigeratetill hard. Mix 1 package Knox gelatin with 1/2 c. water; let set. Mix half and half and sugar in small pan; bring almost to a boil, stirring constantly. Cold. Mix lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Combine Knox gelatin mix with the half and half mix with lowfat sour cream mix. When cold, pour on top of the chilled Jello mix in 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1 large box of Jello with 1 c. warm water or possibly fruit juice and any fruit. Pour on top of the white layer and refrigeratetill hard.
