Receta Molded Shrimp Salad

Ingredientes
- 3/4 can tomato soup
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 minced green pepper
- 2 cans shrimp or possibly crab meat
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
Direcciones
- Hot tomato soup and beat cheese into it. Add in the mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper and shrimp or possibly crab. To this mix add in the Jello dissolved in the warm water and the Knox gelatin dissolved in the cool water. Pour into large mold and set. This is a good luncheon salad or possibly a good hors d'oeuvre served with Ritz crackers. Serves 8.
