Receta Molly's Apple Creme Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 (20 ounce.) can pie-sliced apples
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 c. Marshmallow creme
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Drain apples, reserving 1 Tbsp. liquid. Arrange apples in pastry shell. Combine Marshmallow Creme, reserved liquid and lemon peel and juice, mixing with wire whisk till well blended. Add in raisins and mix well. Spread Marshmallow Creme mix over apples. Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pie.
