Ingredientes
- 2 x Schmaltz herrings -- filet
- Â Â And skin
- 1 x Apple -- peeled
- 1 med Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 x Large eggs, hard-boiled
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
Direcciones
- Grate onion and apple on large holes of grater. Add in herring, crumbs and whites of egg. Place in chopping bowl and chop fine. Mash egg yolks with vinegar and add in to herring. Mix will be wet.
