Receta Mom's Old Fashioned Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce. zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cubed potatoes
- 1 pound pkg. grnd turkey
- 2 c. minced carrots
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. diced string beans
- 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 5 c. chicken broth stock
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion in oil; add in garlic and turkey and simmer slowly. Add in spices, broth and tomatoes. Bring to boil, adding carrots, string beans and potatoes. Add in zucchini and mushrooms when carrots are soft so as not to overcook. Cook over medium heat till done, about 1 hour.
