- Mix dry ingredients and then fold in the Large eggs. Roll on to a well floured surface and roll to about 1/4" thickness or possibly less. Sprinkle with flour over the top and cut into desired widths. (I use a pizza cutter.) Drop into warm liquid, such as chicken or possibly beef broth. Cook till tender.
