Receta Mom's Overnight Salad
Ingredientes
- 1 head of lettuce, bite size pcs
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs
- Pkg. cooked cauliflower
- Pkg. frzn peas
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
Direcciones
- Put a layer of each in a large bowl and make up the Ranch dressing by adding 1 carton of lowfat sour cream and 1 c. mayonnaise - spread over top of veggies like icing (save some of this as you do not need it all). Over this sprinkle 3 Tbsp. sugar and over all one 4 oz package shredded Cheddar cheese. Chill overnight and mix LIGHTLY when served. Feeds about 8 people.
