Receta Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 bushel tomatoes, cooked and sieved
- 8 green peppers, minced fine
- 6 cloves garlic, minced fine
- 12 onions, minced
- 3 bunches of celery
- 3 warm peppers
- 5 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1 pt. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. turmeric
- 1 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Add in oregano and basil. Add in all ingredients to tomatoes and cook till thick approximately 3 hrs. Yields 8 qts to freeze.
