- 1 sm. bottle gingerale (not 2 liter)
- Rainbow Sherbet

- Mix approximately 45 min to 1 hour ahead of serving time. This helps heat sherbet. By pouring the gingerale directly onto the sherbet, it makes a pretty foam.
