Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Ghee
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. Diced onion
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 c. Diced tomatoes
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Green onions, minced
- 2 sprg cilantro, minced
Direcciones
- Heat ghee in a pot. Add in ginger, garlic & onion & stir-fry 1 minute. Add in garam masala, turmeric & chili pwdr. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add in tomatoes & stir-fry for 3 min. Add in water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 5 min. Add in vinegar, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Mix well.
- Garnish with green onions & cilantro. Serve warm.
