Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Half-and-half
- 1 tsp Onion -- instant chopped
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Corn -- whole kernel(12oz)
- 1 can Salmon -- liquid removed(7.75z)
- 3 ounce Cheddar cheese -- shredded
Direcciones
- 1. Beat Large eggs in a medium-size bowl; add in remaining ingredients except cheese.
- 2. Mix well.
- 3. Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-qt casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
- 4. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 45 to 50 min, or possibly till hard.
