  • 1 quart. vanilla ice cream
  • 1/8 c. chocolate syrup
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1-2 c. size plastic jar with tight fitting lid
  • 1 tall glass
  • 1 ice cream scoop
  • 1 spoon

Direcciones

  1. Remove ice cream from freezer. Let it sit for about 15 min. Scoop ice cream into jar till half full. Add in chocolate syrup to ice cream in jar. Pour lowfat milk into jar till it's about 3/4 full. Put lid onto jar and tighten. Shake jar hard till ice cream and lowfat milk are mixed, about 3 min. Pour into glass. Enjoy!
