- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted shortening
- 1/2 c. light molasses
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. raisins
- Nuts (opt.)
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven for 12 min.
