- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 lb Sirloin steak, trimmed -- 1
- 1/2 x " (boneless)
- 1 can Black beans -- rinsed and

- 1 c. Salsa -- (your favorite

Direcciones
- In a small bowl or possibly c., combine the chili pwdr, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Trim the fat from the steak and sprinkle the seasoning mix over the steak, pressing it proportionately into the entire surface (all sides) of the meat.
- Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high and grill the meat for 20-30 min for rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Let stand for 10 min before carving. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the beans and salsa; mix till blended. Slice the steak across the grain and arrange the slices on a serving platter. Top with the salsa mix and granish with cilantro sprigs if you like.
