Receta Mushroom And Pasta Soup With Black Forest Ham

Ingredientes
- 3 c. minced mushroom
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 1 sm red bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. bow tie pasta
- 1/4 c. fresh basil, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 c. low-fat vegetable stock
- 1/2 c. Black Forest ham, minced
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
Direcciones
- In a large soup pot, combine the mushrooms, onion, red pepper, bow tie pasta, basil, thyme, mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper and stock.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 min or possibly till the pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the ham and parsley and heat through. Serve immediately.
