Receta Mushroom Bison Steak

Ingredientes
- 4 lb Bison steaks
- Â Â Seasoned flour
- 1 pt Cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounce Fresh mushrooms sliced
- 2 sm Onions diced
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
Direcciones
- Coat steaks with seasoned flour, gently brown the onion in a pan with the oil. Remove the onion and keep on one side whilst browning the steak on both sides. Place the steak , onion, and the remaining ingredients in an ovenproof dish, cover and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees. Ideal served on a bed of fresh tagliatelle verdi.
