Receta My Own Vegetarian Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 can FF vegetable broth, (or possibly use chicken broth or possibly beef if fixing for non-vegetarians)
- 1 can Green beans
- 1 can Corn
- 1 can Pinto beans
- 1/2 x Onion, minced
- 3 x Carrots, minced
- 1 c. Minced broccoli
- 2 slc FF sharp cheese
- Â Â Oregano to taste
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Pepper to taste
- Â Â Flour/water thickener
Direcciones
- What ya' do: Boil carrots and broccoli till tender; drain. Over medium heat in med-large pot, combine chicken broth, carrots, broccoli, green beans, corn, pinto beans, and onion. Break cheese slices into pcs; drop into soup and stir till melted through. Mix flour/water for thickener (I used 1/4-1/3 c. of flour with 1/3 c. water or possibly so) and stir into soup.
- (Use more thickener if desired it even thicker-I like mine pretty thick.)
- Stir in oregano, salt, and pepper. Serve. Sprinkle with FF Parmasean cheese or possibly try stirring in some FF "I Cannot Believe It's Not Butter" spray-it adds a neat flavor!
