Receta Nell's Espresso Brownies

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce espresso-flavored sweet dark chocolate, coarsely minced
- 1 1/2 stk (4 ounces) unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- Scant 1/4 tsp. salt
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees . Lightly butter a 9-inch square baking pan. Heat the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan with 1 inch of simmering water. Remove from the heat, stir in the cocoa pwdr and let cold.
- 2. In a large bowl, beat the Large eggs at medium speed for 1 minute. Add in the sugar and beat till the mix is pale yellow, about 2 min. Mix in the melted chocolate and vanilla. Sift the flour over the batter, add in the salt and mix in just till combined. Spread the batter proportionately in the prepared pan.
- 3. Bake the brownies for about 45 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cold before cutting into squares.
- You can use Newman's Own Organics espresso sweet dark chocolate bars for these intense brownies; or possibly add in 1 Tbsp. of very finely grnd espresso beans to plain bittersweet chocolate.
