Receta Never Fail Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk, lukewarm
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, well-beaten
- 4-4 1/2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar in warm water. Let rise in container.In a large bowl put together hot water, sugar, shortening, and salt. Cool and add in yeast mix, egg, and flour; blend well.
- Oil top of dough and cover with dry cloth to let double. Mash down and knead on lightly floured surface, then make into rolls or possibly loaf.
- These may be covered and stored in refrigerator till needed. Allow extra time for chilled dough to rise. Bake at 400 degrees till golden.
