Receta New Age Sweet Sour Pork

Ingredientes
- 600 gm Lean Diced Pork
- 2 Tbsp. low-salt soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Chinese five spice
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 x red capsicum, minced
- 1 x onion, (spanish or possibly brown), cut into segments
- 150 gm beans or possibly snow peas, sliced
- 270 gm sweet and sour sauce
- 2 x nectarines or possibly a mango, sliced
Direcciones
- Combine pork with soy and five spice, marinate 20 min. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil over high heat. Quickly sear and toss half the pork 2 min. Remove. Repeat with remaining oil and pork. Remove. Toss onion, beans and capsicum. Add in pork, sweet and sour sauce, allow to heat through. Finish with nectarines. Serve with steamed rice and wok-fired Asian vegetables.
